Our pack meets weekly during normal term time, with a mixture of both boys and girls from the age of 8 to 10.5 years.

We have a varied and structured programme in which we try and fit in as much fun, activity and excitement in that we can. We do this whilst running a programme that takes place inside and out, at our headquarters but also with visits to places of interest all of which helps develops a sense of belonging and develops friendships.

To do this is not always easy, especially whilst trying to let our Cubs express themselves. We like to think we are up for the challenge...

We have a proactive Leadership team which involves not only the Cubs parents but also includes young leaders who have come from our own group and the adult leaders. As the Pack develops additions to this team is always encouraged, so we can remain fresh with ideas, and improve what we can offer to our Cubs.

Hicks Lodge – The National Forest Cycle Centre

It was all down hill sailing, [with some up hill as well !!] when the Cubs tackled the recently opened Hicks Lodge Cycle Trail at Willesley.

The Saturday morning bike ride was tackled enthusiastically by all, especially on the Hardest Course
