Tent - Aztec

	Pitching an Aztec 4 person dome tent
	Take tent out of bag and check it is all there. Pegs 2 long tent poles 1 short tent pole Inner tent Outer tent (fly sheet)
	Spread out inner tent and insert each long pole diagonally across the inner tent through pole sleeve.
	Raise the inner tent poles up and insert the metal keys in at each end of the pole.
	Peg down the inner tent with the smaller tent pegs.
	Pull the outer tent over the inner tent so that the outer tent is in line with the cross on the top of the inner tent. Ensure the doors of the outer and inner tent are aligned.
	Insert short pole in porch sleeve of outer tent and raise into the keys at each end.
	Peg out outer tent, ensuring seams are straight and aligned with inner tent. Peg out the guys.
	Place spare pegs, peg bag, pole bag inside the tent bag and store in the tent.

	Striking an Aztec dome tent
	Strike the tent by reversing the pitching instructions. Make sure that: The tent is empty (including rubbish) Pegs are put straight into the peg bag Guys are hanked Tent poles are put straight into the pole bag
	Check whether the tent is dry. In particular check the inner tent groundsheet.
	Spread the inner tent out and neatly fold it into an oblong. The width of the oblong should be slightly less than the length of the tent bag. Repeat with outer tent.
	Place peg bag inside tent bag at bottom. Place outer tent on top of inner tent and add pole bag, roll neatly and place in tent bag.
	If tent was wet, it will need to be hung up to dry in the HQ afterwards.
